Your sacred anointer is in the process of becoming certified as a Scent Priestess. As part of this amazing journey it would be wonderful if you take a few minutes to fill out this feedback form. We know that you experienced a profound gift in receiving the holy oils during your anointing session. Your feedback is invaluable to us and supports our initiates to deepen their skills on this path.

1. How were you prepared for your anointing session? What information was shared with you prior to your session?

2. Did you read and sign the informed consent? Was there anything that you did not feel clear about before entering the session?

3. How did you feel about your anointing session?

4. What do you love about the session - what was your favorite part?

5. Was there anything your anointer could have done that would have made your anointing a better experience for you? For example: Sound of tuning forks too close to my ears, Not enough oil applied to my body so the skin felt pulled, Too cold on the table, Oil not held in front of my nose long enough to allow the scent to permeate me.

6. Did you experience any emotional or intuitive experiences that you would like to share? If so, did you feel your anointer was able to hold the space for you and was attuned to your needs?
