I, the undersigned, in consideration of the services of Priestess Presence LLC and the Emerald Temple hereafter referred to as PP/ET, hereby agree to release and discharge Priestess Presence LLC, and The Emerald Temple on behalf of ourselves, our heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate as follows:

1. I understand and acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in the Rosa Mystica Mystery School as a participant. I understand that at any time I am in self authority to choose whether I engage in any of the practices as outlined in the curriculum.

2. I understand and acknowledge that we are working with essential oil blends and as such it is my primary responsibility to check with my own health care provider or physician if I have any of the following:

A medical condition that may be affected by the use of certain essential oils
I am on medications that might cause contraindications
I have allergies or sensitivities to certain oils - which would indicate a reduction in usage
I understand that some of the essential oils used are photosensitive and should not be applied before being in the sun (Bergamot in Compassion oil)

3. I agree that if I am knowingly pregnant at the start of this program - or become pregnant during this program - I will cease the use of oils until I have checked with my health care provider or physician as to the safety of the use of oils for me during my pregnancy.

IN SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I take full responsibility for my choice to participate and I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify PP/ET from any liability, or future claims, I FULLY RECOGNIZE THAT IF I EXPERIENCE ADVERSE REACTIONS TO ANY OF THE ESSENTIAL OILS, I WILL STOP USING THEM, AND HAVE NO RIGHTS TO MAKE A CLAIM OR FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST PRIESTESS PRESENCE LL or THE EMERALD TEMPLE.
