Go the distance. I know that whatever I get from this process, is dependent upon how much I put into the coursework. My inner growth is dependent upon my presence and commitment.

Take full responsibility for any reactions, boundaries, and triggers to the work.

Honor the privacy of any and all other students in this course, and not share any of their personal information in public or social media.

Seek support from the administration of the mystery school (support@priestesspresence.com), with friends, loved ones, or a professional, if needed.

I UNDERSTAND THAT:

All lectures, videos, audios, materials, handouts, graphics, and all other academic content in the course are owned by Elayne Kalila Doughty.

Some of the content (lectures, videos, audios, materials) are the intellectual property of Diana DuBrow and Jacquie Shenton.

If I’m taking a second year advanced elective course that was created by one of the faculty members, then the vidoes, lectures, audios, materials, handouts are the intellectual property of that faculty member.

Taking this course does not mean I am an apprentice or in a contract/agreement to become trained as a teacher, facilitator, or instructor of this work.

I can share my personal experiences of what I’m learning and when I do, I’ll give credit to the teacher(s) of this work, to Priestess Presence, and to the mystery school.

This training does not permit me to teach, share, facilitate, coach, replicate, or copy any of the work in this course or of the Mystery School.

We do not use German Chamomile, Blue Tansy, and Balsam Popular which are contraindicated in some antidepressants and other medications.

I understand that certain medications can interfere or cause adverse reactions with some of the high frequency essentials in the anointing oil blends.

I confirm that I will check with my healthcare provider to see if there are any contraindications to my health, especially if I have:

A medical condition that may be affected by the use of certain essential oils
I am on medications that might cause contraindications
I have allergies or sensitivities to certain oils - which would indicate a reduction in usage

I understand that some of the essential oils used are photosensitive and should not be applied before being in the sun (Bergamot in Compassion oil)

I accept responsibility for checking for any adverse reactions to the oils myself and do not hold anyone liable for this.

I agree that if I am knowingly pregnant at the start of the program - or become pregnant during the program, I will cease the use of the oils until I have checked with my healthcare provider or physician as to the safety of the use of oils for me during my pregnancy.

I recognize that receiving the holy anointing oils is a requirement to participate in Rosa Mystica Mystery School / Lineages of the Scent Priestess.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR YOUR HOLY OILS

We strive to process program applications quickly and usually ship Holy Oils between 4-5 days from completion of the registration process. All orders are shipped from USA and with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is placed in the post.

Please ensure you provide a full and complete postal address including your country if outside of USA on your application form. We do not re-issue Holy oils if you have not provided a complete and full address which has caused loss within the postal system.

If you are using an alternative address that is not your residence, please add the c/o name for the home owner/person who will receive the delivery on your behalf. We do not re-issue Holy oils if the oils have not been delivered due to incomplete information for alternative addresses.

For all orders, we do not accept returns for Holy oils once they have been sent and a tracking number assigned, even if you decide to step out of the program after your initial registration is complete.

If we make a mistake with the contents of your order, we will correct it.

USA Orders
In usual circumstances you can expect to receive your Holy oils within 1 week from completion of registration.

International Orders
In usual circumstances, your Holy oils can take anywhere between 1 - 6 weeks to arrive depending on your country and the following:

Import/ Export/ Customs/ Duties for International Orders
Please check with your appropriate government agency to see what documents are required and what their policies are regarding the importation of soaps, vegetable oils, dried herbs, and/or essential oils before applying to the program.

Holy oil fees paid as part of an order include the cost of postage only. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, or any other import fee imposed by your country, this is your responsibility.

Your country's import authorities may hold an order for inspection or any other reason. We are not responsible for any shipment placed on hold nor for any action taken by your country's import authorities, including delay, quarantine, or disposal of the goods. It is your responsibility to work with your country's customs authority to resolve the issue.

No refund will be issued for Abandoned or Refused delivery, Quarantined or Disposed by your local Customs Office.

I understand that:

If I don’t absolutely LOVE the Rosa Mystica Mystery School: The Path of the Devotional Priestess, or don’t feel that it meets my needs, I will email suport@priestesspresence.com BEFORE Feb. 26th, 2025.

If I email to withdraw from this program BEFORE Feb. 26, 2025, I’ll receive a full refund of monies paid MINUS the $500 deposit that covers the cost of the oils.

After Feb. 26, 2025, if for any reason I choose not to complete the year, I am responsible for paying the full amount agreed upon when registering–no refund will be issued whatsoever & I’ll have to pay the rest of the year.
