I’ve noticed a pattern where people most often come to me...

(People may come to you for many of these reasons; choose the
one most resonant as a larger pattern in your life)
panorama_fish_eye
And tell me everything about their loves--even strangers.
panorama_fish_eye
In crisis or times of major transition(s).
panorama_fish_eye
For guidance and counsel about their life path or their direction in life
panorama_fish_eye
For clarification, accountability, and fierce love toward their greater mission in life
panorama_fish_eye
To reconnect to their inner joyful fire, their creative spark, and their intimate hearts

Which statement about holding and supporting/nurturing others feels most resonant for and applicable to you?
panorama_fish_eye
I love consistently showing up and giving unconditional support, warmly nurturing others. Sometimes, I overgive and find it hard to receive support—even though I want it.
panorama_fish_eye
I’m most supportive of others during big changes and crisis, helping them when they feel “lost,” so they can reconnect to themselves and be free. Sometimes, I wish our society would talk about the hard things—I’m not afraid to do that.
panorama_fish_eye
I love quietly supporting others by giving reflection/perspective on specific situations and offer counsel/guidance. Being very sensitive, this can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I often need space.
panorama_fish_eye
I feel useful when helping others be accountable to their true power by precisely clarifying their mission—one that benefits the collective. Sometimes, that feels like a lot of responsibility, but I’m up for challenge!
panorama_fish_eye
I feel excited and full of joy when I can support others to open their hearts to intimacy, love, and the magic of life. Sometimes, that can be challenging to our vulnerable and tender hearts, but I know that through laughter and feeling everything in our bodies, that we can live a blissful life!

Which statement about  freedom feels most true for you?

Freedom comes from...

panorama_fish_eye
Giving unconditional love and nurturance to others—and receiving that support, too.
panorama_fish_eye
Fully trusting life’s experiences are for our highest good … yet breaking free of old patterns that are barriers to believing we’re already whole and belong—to the world and to ourselves.
panorama_fish_eye
Listening and trusting our soul voice/inner wisdom—no matter what.
panorama_fish_eye
Aligning to a noble purpose and ferociously committing to serve the collective’s highest good—then being accountable to that, as a steward.
panorama_fish_eye
I feel excited and full of joy when I can support others to open their hearts to intimacy, love, and the magic of life. Sometimes, that can be challenging to our vulnerable and tender hearts, but I know that through laughter and feeling everything in our bodies, that we can live a blissful life!

panorama_fish_eye
Warm, unconditional, nurturing, and truly holds the frequency of enduring presence and love.
panorama_fish_eye
Passionate, instinctual, catalyzing, and freely in its intensely full expression.
panorama_fish_eye
Quietly intuitive, decoding and amplifying messages from the unseen realms.
panorama_fish_eye
Clearly—and concisely—discerning and powerfully harmonizing.

Sensually blissful and intoxicatingly evocative.

Which statement about power feels most true for you?

I sometimes feel powerful when...

panorama_fish_eye
Others rely on me and ask me to help out because they know I’m very responsible, approachable, and warm; but … sometimes I overgive and really wish someone would help ME out for a change.
panorama_fish_eye
In situations that most people aren’t comfortable in or feel able to talk about because they seem too edgy—like sexuality, crisis, suicide, death, divorce, or other crises/extremes; but … sometimes I feel like I’m “unseen,” “too much—too intense,” and don’t really belong.
panorama_fish_eye
People sense my ability to serve and protect in a no-nonsense way. I’m an all-action person and get things taken care of; but … sometimes I feel like I have to either save everyone from themselves or just do everything myself because no one else can get it done the right way.
panorama_fish_eye
I’m creating intimately beautiful and inspirational things (or even relationships!) that uniquely synthesize many things; but … sometimes I get distracted, in my head, and start comparing myself to others and feel like I’m just not good enough.

Which statement about being present in your body feels most true for you?

I feel present in my body when I…

panorama_fish_eye
Empty out of my mind and connect to the earth and my womb, surrendering to the way my body holds me.
panorama_fish_eye
Feel my kundalini rise up, freeing my inner wild—my primal essence—taking me on a journey through the drumbeat of fire and earth.
panorama_fish_eye
Become still as a watery web and listen to my body’s messages/oracle—like a chalice that connects, weaves, amplifies, and informs.
panorama_fish_eye
Use the senses—touch, smell, taste, hear, see, sense—to evoke beauty and delight across every inch of my skin, inspiring bliss and erotic, fiery communion with all life.

Sustainable, adequate, resourced—but I sometimes worry and feel timid, mindful, and careful
