I AGREE TO:

Go the distance. I know that whatever I get from this process, is dependent upon how much I put into the coursework. My inner growth is dependent upon my presence and commitment.

Take full responsibility for any reactions, boundaries, and triggers to the work.

Honor the privacy of any and all other students in this course, and not share any of their personal information in public or social media.

Seek support from the administration of the mystery school (support@priestesspresence.com), with friends, loved ones, or a professional, if needed.

I UNDERSTAND THAT:

All lectures, videos, audios, materials, handouts, graphics, and all other academic content in the course are owned by Elayne Kalila Doughty.

If I’m taking a second year advanced elective course that was created by one of the faculty members, then the vidoes, lectures, audios, materials, handouts are the intellectual property of that faculty member.

Taking this course does not mean I am an apprentice or in a contract/agreement to become trained as a teacher, facilitator, or instructor of this work.

I can share my personal experiences of what I’m learning and when I do, I’ll give credit to the teacher(s) of this work, to Priestess Presence, and to the mystery school.

This training does not permit me to teach, share, facilitate, coach, replicate, or copy any of the work in this course or of the Mystery School.

I AGREE TO NOT:

Not sell or teach the information presented.

Not take this information to create a free or for-profit book, class, or any other product.

Not make recordings of the materials without permission from Elayne Kalila Doughty.

Represent myself as a teacher, focalizer, facilitator, mentor, trainer, or instructor of this work.

Record, compile, copy, or distribute any knowledge from this course in any means.

I AGREE TO THESE DISCLAIMERS:

This coursework is not designed to treat or diagnose any psychological disorders.

I will consult with my medical/mental health professional before joining the program if I have any mental health issues.

This work requires breaking through old patterns and ways of being–an initiatory process that can feel uncomfortable.

This work affects many levels (mental and emotional), is rigorous, and is not for those who currently experience mental disabilities, depression, suicidal episodes, or are presently in crisis.

Priestess Presence School of Sacred Arts & Temple, and its founder, Elayne Kalila, are not, and will not, be held liable for any assumed damage that is deemed to occur at any time. Being held harmless extends to Diana DuBrow, co-founder of the Rosa Mystica Mystery School; Ariel Spilsbury, founder of the 13 Moon Mystery School, of which Quintessia’s work is based upon; the owners of the business; employees; contractors; faculty; facilitators; agents; mentors; and/or volunteers. They are all held harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, and/or injury that may occur out of the use of this course and website.

I accept that all knowledge is given in good faith.

I’m entering into training in a pioneer field and all such training is given in good faith to the highest known safety standards or perceived practices within this discipline.

ETM REFUND POLICY:

Your satisfaction with this course is our highest priority ... AND we highly encourage you to enter into a deep meditation about whether you're called to this path at this time.

I understand that:

If I don’t absolutely LOVE Enter the Mystery: The Path of the Alchemical Priestess, or don’t feel that it meets my needs, I will email suport@priestesspresence.com BEFORE Feb. 12, 2025.

If I email to withdraw from this program BEFORE Feb. 12, 2025, I’ll receive a full refund of monies paid MINUS the $300 admin fee.

After Feb. 12, 2025, if for any reason I choose not to complete the year, I am responsible for paying the full amount agreed upon when registering–no refund will be issued whatsoever & I’ll have to pay the rest of the year.
